NUPA is as old as Department of Physics itself. In the early days, only the Bachelor of Science courses in Physics were being offered at the department, and therefore all N.U.P.A members were BSc. Students. Later on the Bachelor of Technology course, among other courses, was introduced. Effectively, N.U.P.A now has members from all the courses offered as module I or module II at the Physics Department.
