1. President
2. Vice President
3. Treasurer
3. Secretary
4. Public Health Outreach Coordinator
5. Organizing secretary

The nomination papers will be picked from the following three points:
1. Faculty of veterinary medicine (Records office)
2. Associate dean, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (secretary)
3. Deans office, school of medicine (secretary).
