Year one students from the Department of Meteorology on Wednesday, 29th January 2014 visited the Kenya Meteorological Services. Among the activities carried out by the students included a talk by the Kenya Meteorological Society, a visit to the Institute of Meteorological Training and Research and a tour of the different department of the Kenya Meteorological Services. The various department included the GAW section, Observatory, and National Meteorological Center.
The year one students were grateful for this opportunity and they looked forward to more of field trips.
